BOOKING POLICY
  • For the purpose of the reservation and room rate, a 'Guest' or 'Adult' is considered any person that uses a bed (3 years of age and older).
  • Reservations are made via our website, via email or by phone but are guaranteed with a credit card or by a bank deposit. The credit card information will be validated before holding the reservation.
  • The reservation will be confirmed via email once the credit card has been validated or the bank transfer received.
  • Stays of more than 3 (three) nights must be guaranteed with a bank deposit of 20% of the total reservation.
  • The reservation can be cancelled 48 hours in advance penalty-free. Outside of this period, please refer to our cancellation policy.
  • The check-in is at 3:00 PM and the check-out is at 1:30 PM.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • In case of cancellation, we request to receive a written notification via email or by phone 48 hours prior to the check-in time on the arrival date, Buenos Aires time (GMT -3). If the cancellation is not received in advance or in the event of a "no show", your credit card will be charged a penalty equivalent to 1 (one) night's stay.
  • The bank transfers will not be returned. Only in the event of canceling 48 hours in advance, we can leave the deposit for future use within 6 (six) months after the cancellation date.
